Terms of Service

1. What ITDA is

ITDA (the “Service”), operated by -잇다 (the “Operator”), lets you post products you want to buy and signal interest in other people's requests. When enough people want a product, the Operator negotiates group-buy terms with that product's brand or maker and, if terms are agreed, opens an order window.

The Operator is an intermediary. The seller in any open group buy is the brand or maker named on the deal page.

2. Requests and wants

You need to sign in with an email address to post a request, tap “I want this too”, or comment. Request titles, descriptions, links, target prices and comments are public. Your email address and ZIP code are not.

Posting or wanting does not commit you to buy and does not guarantee that a group buy will open.

3. Orders and payment

There is no payment when you post or want. If a deal is negotiated, the Operator emails the price, shipping, duties, timing and how to order. You decide whether to order at that point.

If the minimum quantity is not reached, orders are cancelled at no cost. Refund and cancellation terms for paid orders are stated with each deal.

4. Shipping and import

Products ship from Korea. Shipping cost, estimated duties and delivery times are stated with each deal. Some categories cannot be shipped and the Operator may decline requests for them.

5. Prohibited use

Do not post requests for alcohol, tobacco, medicine, weapons, counterfeit or illegal goods, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not use the Service to harvest data, spam, or impersonate others. The Operator may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Liability

The Operator provides the Service as is and does not guarantee that any request leads to a deal. Product quality, warranty and conformity are the responsibility of the selling brand or maker. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside its control.

7. Changes and contact
